Learn why turkey is a great alternative and a break away from ground beef, pork and veal.  Is your turkey meatloaf too dry?  Does your Turkey Chili or Bolognese have a weird texture?  Do your home made Turkey Burgers fall apart.....Chef Jeff will show you hou to use ground turkey, whole turkey, breast and dark meat in your everyday recipes so you cook like a pro.  Our Chef will answer all of your questions, teach you how to buy whole and plan dinners, and demonstrate how to pick the turkey.  Dont be afraid of cooking turkey again. Bring some wine BYOB and enjoy this class.  After we cut down some whole pieces, our chef will show you some basic cooking techniques to help you in your preperation.  RSVP with deposit, minimum 10 signups to hold class.  Chef Jeff will them prepare dinner, Turkey Burgers, Turkey Chili, Turkey Bolognese, Turkey London Broil!!!!!!!!!!


Class fee is $50 which includes lesson and dinner
