The Purpose of Brining 08/14/2014

Learn how to make your pork, chicken, and turkey the juiciest its ever been as our Chef will demonstrate how to use various SIMPLE methods of curing. After this class, your family will be impressed with your perfectly juicy and seasoned turkey at Thanksgiving.  Learn pro secrets on how to not dry out your pork chops, pork roasts, and chicken.  You will take home brine recipes and Denville Meat Shop's Signature brine that will take the thinking and measuring out of your next dinner.  Also, our chef will prepare brined chicken and loin of pork for dinner.  Bring some wine, all your cooking questions and enjoy the class!!!


Class cost is $35.00 which includes lesson, dinner, recipes and 1 Pint of DMS Signature Brine to take home.


Class time is 7:30pm
