Taste of Northern France: Braised Dishes 12/07/2016

Come see and taste the bounty and staple dishes of Northern France.  Chef Jeff will show you the classic preperation for Cassoulet and Coq au Vin.  Technique, Technique, Technique...the key to making these simple and beautiful French dishes.  Our Chef will answer all of your questions, teach you how to layer these flavors to impress your guests and make you into a pro in your own kitchen.  Bring some wine BYOB and enjoy this class.  After we cut down some whole pieces, our chef will show you some basic cooking techniques to help you in your preperation.  RSVP with deposit, minimum 10 signups to hold class.  Chef Jeff will then prepare dinner, Taste France!!!!!!!!!!  The Last Class of 2016, Classes will resume after the holidays in 2017.


Class fee is $50 which includes demonstration and dinner


Class Time: 7:00pm-9:00pm WEDNESDAY


Dinner will be served family style.  Recipes will not be distributed so please bring the necessary instruments if you wish to record the lesson or recipes.
