Stuffing Pork, Chicken, Turkey 03/05/15

Learn what cuts are best for this type of preparation.  Chef Jeff will explain and demonsrate how to properly stuff and cook these meats.  Learn how to make a stuffing and how to properly stuff your meats so they look like restaurant quality..  Our Chef will answer all of your questions and teach you how to buy whole and plan dinners.  Dont be afraid of making a dinner your family will enjoy. Bring some wine BYOB and enjoy this class.  After we finish with our demoonstration, our chef will show you some basic cooking techniques to help you in your preparation.  RSVP with deposit, minimum 10 signups to hold class.  Chef Jeff will them prepare dinner, stuffed loin of pork, stuffed breast of turkey and chicken roulade!!!!!!!!!!


Class fee is $50 which includes lesson and dinner
