Seafood Cookery, 02/7/2018

Learn the different types of fish and how to cook them.  Chef Jeff will explain the different types of fish and which ones are the best for grilling, sauteing, broiling, stuffing, baking and braising.  Learn what fish are sustainable and the health benefits of each.  Our Chef will answer all of your questions, teach you how to buy whole and plan dinners, and demonstrate how to pick the freshest fish.  Dont be afraid of cooking fish again. Bring some wine BYOB and enjoy this class.  After we cut down some whole pieces, our chef will show you some basic cooking techniques to help you in your preperation.  RSVP with deposit, minimum 10 signups to hold class.  Chef Jeff will them prepare dinner, FISH!!!!!!!!!!


Class fee is $50 which includes lesson and dinner


Class time: 7:00pm


Dinner will be served family style.  Recipes will not be distributed so please bring the necessary instruments if you wish to record the lesson or recipes.


If there are any food allergies WHAT SO EVER, please notify Denville Meat Shop UPON MAKING THE RESERVATION.
