Jamaica: Learning about JERK 11/16/2016

Chef Jeff will shoe you how to make two different types of Jerk, Jamaica's signature flavor.  He will demonstrate the traditional methods of preparing Jerk Pork and Jerk Chicken.  Then he will prpare some traditional sides to compliment your Jamican Dinner.  Our Chef will answer all of your questions, teach you how to buy whole and plan dinners, and demonstrate how to pick the best products at the peak of their freshness.  After this class, you will be a pro. Bring some wine BYOB and enjoy this class.  After we cut down some whole pieces, our chef will show you some basic cooking techniques to help you in your preperation.  RSVP with deposit, minimum 10 signups to hold class.  Chef Jeff will then prepare dinner, Jerk Loin of Pork, Jerk Chicken, Jerk Shrimp!!!!!!!!!!


Class fee is $55 which includes demonstration and dinner


Class Time: 7:00pm-9:00pm WEDNESDAY


Dinner will be served family style.  Recipes will not be distributed so please bring the necessary instruments if you wish to record the lesson or recipes.
