Basics of Sous Vide Cooking, 01/31/18

Learn how to properly Sous Vide meats.  Sous Vide is a French rerm for Under Water where you cook your meat in a vacuum sealed bag under water for long periods of time.  This technique will yield a much more tender and juicier piece of meat EVERY TIME.  Learn how to turn undesirable and tough cuts into the most tender and juicy cuts EVER!  You will learn how to season, package, correct cooking times both in Celsius and Farenheit.  BYOB!!!!!!!!!!!!  Then enjoy a Dinner prepared 100% Sous Vide by our Chef.

Dinner will be served family style.  Recipes will not be distributed so please bring the necessary instruments if you wish to record the lesson or recipes.
