Come see and taste the what Tagine is all about. Chef Jeff will show you the classic Lamb Tagine, Chicken Tagine, Curried Chic Peas and Cauliflower, and Cauliflower "Cous Cous". Our Chef will answer all of your questions, teach you how to buy whole and plan dinners, and demonstrate how to pick the best products at its peak of freshness. Bring some wine BYOB and enjoy this class. After we cut down some whole pieces, our chef will show you some basic cooking techniques to help you in your preperation. RSVP with deposit, minimum 10 signups to hold class. Chef Jeff will then prepare dinner, Tagine!!!!!!!!!!
Class fee is $50 which includes demonstration and dinner
Class Time: 7:00pm-9:00pm WEDNESDAY
Dinner will be served family style. Recipes will not be distributed so please bring the necessary instruments if you wish to record the lesson or recipes.
