Learn how to make the five Mother Sauces GLUTEN FREE: Bechamel, Hollandaise, Tomato, Espagnole, and Veloute.  These are the five mother sauces that are the base for just about every other sauce.  Once you learn how to make these sauces, you can save money by making them your self and eliminate the sodium that prepared grocery store sauces contain.  Our Chef answer all of your questions and will demonstrate and walk you through SIMPLE step by step processes to get you cooking healthier and economically.  These are the base sauces that you can turn into compound sauces ie: Marinara, Alfredo, Bearnaise, Demi Glace, Mushroom Veloute.  Bring some wine BYOB and enjoy your class!!!!

 

Class fee is $45 which includes dinner, 1-32oz Jar of Fresh Denville Meat Shop Tomato Sauce
