Butchery of Whole Meats 12/04/2014

Learn how to save money by understanding how to make many different dinners out of one piece of meat.  Having the skills that this class will teach you will save you money on every dinner that you prepare.  Our Chef will answer all of your questions, teach you how to buy whole and plan dinners, and demonstrate how to SAVE MONEY.  Dont be afraid of that whole chicken, whole pork loin, whole turkey, whole pork butt, whole tenderloin, and whole sirloin.  Participate or just watch this one.  Bring some wine BYOB and enjoy this class.  After we cut down some whole pieces, our chef will show you soem basic cooking techniques to help you in your preperation.  RSVP with deposit, minimum 10 signups to hold class.

 

Class fee is $45 which includes lesson and dinner
