Head Cheese Maker, Jeanine Dargis, from Valley Shepherd Creamery located in Long Valley, NJ will be here teaching the art of fresh mozzarella and ricotta cheese making . Chef Dargis will explain the difference between the cheeses and then YOU will make cheese with her. Learn how to properly pull mozzarella to make it soft and creamy at home!!!!! Our Chef will answer all of your questions. Bring some wine BYOB or sample some in store and enjoy this class. After we make our cheese, chef Jeff will prepare some creative offerings with cheese. RSVP with deposit, minimum 10 signups to hold class.
Class fee is $55 which includes lesson, participation, wine and cheese sampling, hors d'oeuveres
